Welcome to Urban Host. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Urban Host website, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related or connected thereto. Please read these terms carefully.

1. User Agreement

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a stay on Urban Host. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Urban Host reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our safety standards.

2. Booking & Cancellations

Urban Host acts as a marketplace that connects guests with host. When you book a stay, you are entering into a contract directly with the Host.

All bookings are subject to the specific house rules defined by the Host.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in may incur a fee of one night's stay.

3. Payment Terms

Urban Host uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize Urban Host and its partners to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

Important Note on Taxes

Prices shown include standard platform fees but may be subject to local occupancy taxes and VAT depending on your location and the destination city.

4. Liability

Urban Host provides the platform "as is" and "as available". We do not own, manage, or control the properties listed on our site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances during their travel or stay.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Urban Host and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
